1. Where to file the public complaints?
The citizen can file the complaint related to municipal
services in the PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND REDRESSAL CELL (PGR
CELL) under the premises of City Municipal Council,
Chintamani.
2. How to file the public complaints and tracking status of
the complaint?
The complaint can be registered through either of the
following three modes.
(i) Paper form
The citizen can fill the complaint form available at PGR CELL
(at free of cost) and submit. In turn he will get
acknowledgement receipt number for tracking his complaint
status. The citizen can call to the telephone number 252481or
252117 to know the status of the complaint or can personally visit
the PGR CELL.
(ii) Telephone
The citizen can file his complaint by calling to the telephone
number 252481 or 252117 and explain the complaint details to the
Grievance Officer. In turn he will be informed about his
complaint tracking number. The citizen can call to the
telephone number 252481 to know the status of the complaint
or can personally visit the PGR CELL.
(iii) Internets
The citizen can file his complaint by visiting the link http://www.chintamanicity.gov.in/grievance-redressal.html.
After submitting the complaint, PGR system will generate
complaint tracking number (highlighted in yellow colour). The
citizen needs to note down this number for tracking the
complaint status. He should enter this system generated number
in the web page http://www.chintamanicity.gov.in/grievance-redressal.html
to know the status.
